We call this a 14-day money-back guarantee!
We do what we can to deliver you our best products and service as possible. Despite these efforts, it may occur that a certain product does not live up to your expectations. This you might conclude after giving the product a closer look when you've opened the packaging. If such a situation occurs, you're allowed to return your product if you're still in your 14 days withdrawal period. This period starts from the day you've received your order. During this period, you're allowed to fully examine the product. This does not however mean that you can actually use it. Examining the product entails taking a look at the product in the same way as you would do in a brick-wall store. Used products, cannot be returned or refunded.

How to return your order?
If your ordered product(s) do not live up to your expectations, you can return them to us. As soon as we've received and processed them in our warehouse, you'll receive a full refund of your purchase.

It is allowed to return your product when:

• You are within the 14-day right of withdrawal period
• The product is unused/intact
• The product is not missing any parts

Please contact us before returning your order to us, so we can advise you how to organize your return.

Packaging of your return
We strongly recommend you to send the product(s) back to us in the original packaging This packaging is designed to protect your products as good as possible during transport and will be of great help when sending it back to us. 

Shipping your return
If you choose to return your order, return shipping costs are for the buying party. Shipping costs vary greatly, depending on the carrier you're using and the size, weight and type of products you're sending. For most types of packages, costs will not exceed £ 35,- and will mostly be much lower. If you're not capable yourself of sending your order back to us, please contact our sales department. We're happy to help you organize a return transport at our lowest transport rate.

Processing your return
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, we kindly request you to fill in this returns form. This allows us to immediately identify your return as soon as it has arrived in our warehouse. The faster we process it, the faster you will receive your refund. You are not obliged to indicate why you returned your product.
