Over time, it may happen that streaks or stains remain on the board that cannot be removed with a dry wiper. Should this occur, special whiteboard cleaner or cleaning spray is available from the website. If this also does not help, you can use the cleaning solutions below. But beware! First try this out on a small piece of board, in the corner of the whiteboard so you can check if the whiteboard is not affected or damaged by the treatment.
- If using a permanent marker; write with a whiteboard marker over the text written with the permanent marker, let it sit for a while and wipe dry with a wiper. (Classic & Pro)
- Spray deodorant on the board and wipe it clean with a dry cloth. (Classic & Pro)
- Use copper polish on a dry cloth, rub it in slowly, wipe it dry with a cloth (Pro)
- Clean the sign with a non-abrasive cleaning agent, e.g. Glassex (Classic & Pro).
- Use nail polish remover without acetone to get the board completely clean again. (Pro)
